One more birthday gift!! This time for my best cloney
I'm a little late but you know why ;u; FINALLY WAS ABLE TO CATCH A BREATHER AMONG ALL THE SCHOOLWORK AND REVISION AAAHHFinally I'm not the only one who's 21 mwuahaha >: D It's still fine though, of couRSE WE'RE NOT OLD
This was an experiment; I'd love to learn digital painting more but I hardly ever try it, I have no clue how to do it as I'm so used to normal drawings but I'll figure it out eventually, either way I need to find a faster way of doing it XD I think that stuff with lineart and sketches are more of my thing though haha. Anyway, imagined the thing differently but I'm not unhappy with the result :'D I know the wing looks a bit off but eh I'll work it out XD
Keep on being awesome, cloney!! You're an amazing person and I'm happy that I know you ;u; I'm super thankful for everything too, you know it!! Dunno what I'd do without you sometimes Enjoy!

Yeah it was something different, I might try a different way to do it next time though because this "flat colour base + shading with no lines for guide" isn't probably my thing, might try keeping the sketch in it next time and just hiding it when most of the work is done and then just polishing it

That might help. You can just try different ways to do it and see which one works the best. Just enjoy it while you are working on it

Yus this is lineless, I had no clue how to do it properly either, so I just went with whatever I thought could work XD I just coloured a sketch that I hid later and just started shading it and kept going and playing around with it, I'd like to try it more this year, same with animation and pixel art, but we'll see XD

I made the mouth simply by drawing a harder line with the brush tool so it doesn't look so.. sharp? I dunno how to do it otherwise with a closed mouth, I don't think there's any other way XD
21 is such a weird number, it's nothing special over here and I feel like it's the beginning of that age when you're like "oh wait I don't know, am I 21, 20 or 23" - it's weird XD
