Description 'One of the rarer travel machine types is the tripedal siege variant.

This travel machine is designed for prolonged bombardment firing sequences, at the expense of speed and mobility.

The Siege Strider has substantially greater firepower than a standard Strider, mounting additional missile pods, a triple plasma launcher and neutronic mortar pods.

The Siege guard unit is fitted with a claw appendage to provide it with a close quarters melee offense.

The one weakness of the Siege variants is the legs. Take one of those out and the unit is 90% incapacitated.
Taking out a leg without being shredded by one of the very effective, very numerous weapons systems... Well, that's a good trick if you can pull it off'

These Daleks put the phrase "Armed to the teeth" to the extreme, dude!
      Well done.

It looks to me like you've finally put enough guns on a dalek (until next time, anyway...).

Are they even able to slew the lower turret, looks like the barrel might hit the legs? It's a bit hard to tell with the overlap of the three Siege units.

I can't help but think that all those exposed missile warheads are an inviting target...

The ventral turret's ok, the axis of rotation is far enough back. And as for the missiles, well best hope those shields hold

The Starship Enterprise Refit vs one of these Daleks....who would win?

Could go either way.

If the Enterprise dropped out of warp straight into orbit and started bombardment immediately then it would toast the Siege Strider completely.

If the Enterprise was just in standard orbit, shields down and the Dalek was hiding until the first shot then it could get lucky and take out the warp core.

Straight one on one, if the Seige Strider grav-lifted into orbit... Depends on who's captaining the ship.

Kirk or Janeway would frag it, Picard Sisko and Archer would probably lose.
