What a cute Lugia x3 I like the outlines but the proportions are not always good. It seems like it's an baby Lugia but is that your goal? I like the face expression and the first mood I have is cuddle this Lugia. I don't like the background because it is to simple. Try to draw more details and it would be perfect. I like the shading and the coloration is good. I have no negative critique about it. The tail is a little bit to short but it is okay if you have try to draw a baby Lugia.

At all you need improvement in the detail but it's a cute picture.

Danke, wie oben beschrieben war es sehr spontan und eigentlich nicht so geplant. Den Hintergrund hatte ich gestern aus langeweile gemacht und heute ist mir eingefallen, dass ich da noch ein Lugia reinmachen kann.
