its mainly smudging in it, its not hard if you know the smudging technique

where painting and fixing up a bus in ballarate we'd love permision to use this art for the bus we wont use if you don't whant use to and theres a chance it may not get used even if you let us its a vote and the best stuff we find is it so i'm looking at a lote of stuff and asking a lot of people if you don't mind could we use this if you do not respond it wont be used were not theives so if you could consider it it would be appreciated

yeah pretty much. but most of my galley is crap anyway and i need to update it because i havent did any deviants since i've had a job. so will have to do that when i get chance. so..... yeah you can use the halo 3 picture just as long as i have my name on it, also if and when it happens could i have a picture of the final product whether it is my design or not?
