*Birthday gifty for my wonderful sister!!!*I'm not sure if this has been done before or not, but once I stumbled across the Hunger Games Capitol Couture website, I just couldn't help myself -I just had to make something.
This is an idea I had for a Capitol fashion magazine cover, 74th Hunger Games edition, District 12.

This is Great! I Thought It's Me Who Had an Idea.. But You Made It Earlier. I Just Came to Know.. Two Days Before I Made A Fashion Magazine Concept, Called: Effilicious. Effie is The Editor of That.
