Great job on the perspective and detail! The inking must have taken you forever, and it all looks very clear and smooth. I like how the distant areas fade and how you added so many little details for interest. It came out great; keep up the good work!

The perspective is great. The scene is well thought and full of detail.. but at the same time it's little too hard to read. I think the problem is the inking + shading. If you are using stronger lines for things closer to the viewer, stick to it, and detail more subtly.
Shading is a little all over the place. Some parts are kinda shaded, some aren't. And those that are, are in the wrong place (in the background). Use shadows to define volumes and contrasts, along with textures (for example, the balcony part could use some heavy shadows, to give it strength and separate it from the farther stuff)... set the source of light, and stick to it. That will bring the whole scene together and it will be much more enjoyable.

there actually wasnt any sort of values in it, well at least its not supposed to have it haha, i guess i detailed the back too much, thats why it looks kinda shaded. Also dodging and burning a couple of parts may have caused some values to show. But thanks for your feedback, il ltake that to note for my further work
