There appears to be a major developmental leap regarding the execution of hair. The gas mask is freaky XD How's the graphic novel going?

The graphic novel is developping really slow

I can relate. I'm rig testing on a model of myself atm. My animation has so far been amost a decade in development :S As long as you're still enjoying the project

ok that is hawt and have you been playing in my head?? I've been tinkering w/ the breather mask i have too to make something similar for my Fallen Earth character but that breather is such a pain in the butt w/ all the little parts that have to be parented. This is awesome!!

I'm using the Breathless Gasmask. Which is awesome, but indeed has some issues with parenting.
Here's a tip:
In Daz Studio:
- load a full mask
- parent all the little parts to the Tr_Br_Mask_1 by selecting all of them and dragging them to Tr_Br_Mask_1 (in the Scene tab)
- then load V4
- whilst still in zero position drag the Tr_Br_Mask_1 to V4's head
now you can pose V4 as you wish... the mask will follow

Ok that was a great trick. I never knew i could drag all the parts over to parent them. Thanks so much!

Stunning it its simplicity. I can't get that right, I seem to forever clutter my scenes.
