thank you so much it depends on the original photo bc I can't save the hair always.. I use Photoshop CS6 and Edit >> "Refine Edge"

I've tried it, but I never get the hair completely on the PNG

sorry I don't know what the problem is :/ maybe you should choose images in better quality and with white background
