The colour palette is excellently chosen, the posing nicely evocative of a scene and the fine details and shading of the face (particularly around the philtrum and the nose/inner eyes) are superb. The expressiveness of her mouth is also wonderful. The hair is a little undefined/blobbish, but that does actually work with the slightly abstract feel of the image as a whole.
The only distracting part is the pupil on the right (her left; closest to the viewer), the flat expanse of it is disconcerting and gives an unfinished feel to the whole thing - if it's an aesthetic decision that the pupils are white, that still wouldn't explain why there's no shading or gradient to it (as there seems to be with her other pupil, which looks like it has an ordinary light-reflecting-off-surface effect).
It's probably because everything else is so high quality and beautifully professional-looking that that one niggling detail gets its power to niggle so. Which is a shame because, obviously, it's otherwise a high quality and beautifully professional-looking image.

I like it, because her facial expression is very interesting. Plus the coulours create a very attractive, somewhat autumnal atmosphere. I looks like it is part of a card deck, is that correct?
