Ellen Thorne was a big fan of Hailee Steinfeld. She had first seen her in Pitch Perfect 2, and had been following her work ever since then. It has been great to see her become more successful as the years flew by. Ellen loved her vocal performance as Gwen Stacy in 'Into the Spider-Verse' and Hailee's staring role in Bumblebee was the only reason she had bought a ticket to watch that movie. Ellen wouldn't go so far as to say that she was obsessed with the actress, but she was definitely at least star-struck.
Imagine her absolutely glee then, when news brought that Hailee was coming to her small forgotten town to see a local firm's attempt to design a stage for an upcoming performance. Ellen didn't work for the start up firm, so she had no business being on the set when Hailee came to inspect it. However, laws against trespassing on private property weren't intimidating enough to keep her away from seeing her favorite star in the flesh.
She snuck into the building, which was fairly easy to do considering the small firm which built this set didn't have enough money for decent security. She hid amongst the audience seats, content to watch Haille Steinfeld from a far. Ellen watched the meeting of the design firm and Haille and her people in silence. Then, something atypical happened.
Everyone left but Haille and some guy who was still managing the lights. She didn't like the look of his man. There was something off about him, something eerie about the particular gleam he had in his eye when he stared at Haille. Like she was prey falling into his trap.
Ellen slowly snuck closer to their position, careful not to make any noise and reveal herself. It was important that she remained hidden and undetected. She finally had gotten into hearing range of Haille and the suspicious man, so she stopped and listened. She wanted to know what they were talking about. Hopefully she could use this information to ascertain this guy's true motives.

*The man shows Hailee and her people the set and everything he's designed it to do for her. Emily can tell she's impressed, but also, that it's not on the same scale as some of the other ones she's seen. "We have a meeting with the people who do Taylor Swift's sets" Emily hears someone tell a member of his staff, and Emily realizes this local firm is in trouble.
"Hailee, all that really matters is how you feel about the set, so why don't we have everyone else leave and you just explore it. I'll stay here and man the controls in case you have any questions, but I promise I won't try to pitch you. You can judge for yourself what you're working with here better than anyone else." The man offers. Her staff bristles, but somehow, mercifully, she agrees with your logic and sends everyone out into the hallway for a few minutes. He does the same with his staff.
Hailee moves around the stage and the set, examining things. "Can I see the lights?" she asks. The man faithfully hits the lights, and they light up and strobe in tune with one of her songs. "How did you get them to do that?" She asks, clearly impressed. "Oh, Ms. Steinfeld, with computers now, you can get sets that do pretty much anything. Here, I programmed something special just for you. Check out this..." He says a silent prayer and hit the special button he'd been hoping you'd get to try, and then wait to see what effect, if any, they'll have on Hailee, not knowing there was someone else hiding in the corner, watching everything...*

(Not a big deal, but it's Ellen, not Emily.)
The lights began to flash dazzlingly, doing to Hailee what they may. Fortunately for the short nerd known as Ellen Thorne, she only has eyes for her celebrity crush and nothing else. She doesn't care about stage lights of all things, nothing could sound more dull. Because of this, she never even glanced at the lights for a single moment, which meant she was unintentionally saving herself from their effects.
As she was hiding in her little corner, she simply waited and watched the scene unfold before her. As of this moment, she was suspicious of the man controlling the lights, but she didn't know those suspicions actually had any merits. That would all change instantly once he revealed his true colors under the certainty that Hailee was too in trance to be disgusted by his behavior.
For now, Ellen simply watched as Hailee seemed to become more and more unaware of her surroundings. She wondered what was happening to her favorite celebrity. She looked over to the man controlling the lights, curious to see what express she'd find on his face.

(My mistake)
*Hailee moves around the mock stage as the lights begin to flash, performing some of the moves to her hit single 'Let Me Go', singing along with the music in her head, eyes closed for the first part, remembering the choreography to the song from her stage shows. Hailee runs her hands through her hair and twists her hips from side to side, spinning and twirling, trying to get a sense for how the lights interact with her as she moves.
As she hits the second verse, Hailee opens her eyes to stare at the lights as she dances. However, after a few seconds, she stops dancing, and after a few more, she stops singing as well. About 20 seconds after she first truly stares into the lights, Hailee stops moving entirely, her arms falling limply to her sides, her mouth opening slightly. If Ellen was closer, she would see Hailee's eyes slowly glazing over and her head beginning to lull forward slightly.
The man in the booth, still wholly unaware there was an interloper, says nothing, but turns a knob in the control room, increasing the intensity of the light show. Now that Hailee had been ensnared, it was his chance to deepen her and begin to condition her, knowing he had a short time window before Hailee's busy schedule would necessitate her staff coming back to get her and move on to her next event.*

It was a gorgeous sight, watching Hailee dance. Ellen thought she might be able to watch her do it forever. Annoyingly though, her favourite celebrity stopped her little performance not long after she had started it. She became more and more motionless, until she was just standing still and staring at the lights. How very peculiar, what was Hailee doing?
Out of natural curiosity, Ellen glanced directly at the lights for a mere moment. Immediately, she was confronted with something incredibly powerful and painful. The sheer blunt force of it made her fall back to floor in shock. Those lights, she’d never experienced anything like that. It felt like the lights had tried to rip open her skull and implant themselves into her brain.
Ellen had been very fortunate. The lights had been raised in intensity as Hailee had fallen deeper into them. This gradual descent was what made the celebrity so vulnerable. Ellen on the other hand, still possessed all her wits when she glanced at the lights. She hadn’t had time to become numb to how they tore into you to rewrite you, so looking at them at full intensity had actually hurt her instead of bringing her into any sort of trance.
She wouldn’t make the same mistake twice. Ellen made sure to not look at the lights again. They had been so painful the first time, that she was pretty sure she had a headache that would last until next week. She didn’t know what the lights were, but she could guess they were bad. To save Hailee, she had to shut them off.
She begun sneaking her way towards the controls where the man was still standing. She made sure to move as silently as she could. If those lights were bad like she suspected, that meant this guy was a bad guy himself for intentionally using them on Hailee!
She stuck to the shadows and moved slowly, if this man was the fiend she expected him to be, it would be very dangerous if he realized she was here. Finally all those stealth sections in the video games she played could be useful for something. She kept her ears open as she drew closer, just in case he had anything more to say.

*Hailee stood still as a statue, staring into nothingness as the lights continued to assault her. Her phone, which she had been pretending was a microphone during her pseudo-routine, slips from her hands and drops to the stage with an echoing "whump". Hailee does not even seem to realize her phone has dropped from her grasp, as she remains unflinchingly straight-forward, staring into the lights and seeing nothing else. She would have seen the young woman creeping towards the control booth had her senses been at their normal state, but instead, she saw nothing but the lights. Her slivery outfit ( www.instagram.com/p/BlnuautBoQ…) glittered in the lights, reflecting each light as it captured Hailee and casting a diluted version of them around the room.
Inside the booth, the man grinned. The brunette dropping her phone was the confirmation he needed that Hailee was truly under. The first portion of his plan had worked to perfect. Now it was time for him to begin to implement phase II. He leans forward, pressing a button to activate a microphone that projects his voice directly to the stage.*
"Can you hear me, Miss Steinfeld?"
*Hailee does not blink, she does not flinch, but her mouth opens, and just for a moment, her angelic voice is heard again.* "Yes..."

Ellen was startled when Hailee’s phone crashed onto the stage without any protests from the celebrity. Fortunately, the squeak she made in surprise was masked by the loud sound of the phone landing. For Hailee to let her phone fall and not react to it hitting the ground violently, she must really be out of sorts. Ellen was beginning to suspect what it was this lights were doing to her favourite celebrity.
Those suspicions were confirmed when the man at the controls spoke up again. She had watched enough movies and television shows to understand what was happening. He had used the lights to bring Hailee into a hypnotic trance, and now he was going to warp her to his liking! The very idea of doing that to anyone, and especially doing it to Hailee, was entirely obscene. She had to stop you, before you could condition the celebrity!
Ellen was by no means a fighter. Considering she spent most of her life playing video games, she wasn’t even very physically able. Because of this, wrestling you away from the controls would be quite a challenge. In a pure contest of strength, she was pretty sure you would win. That was why the element of surprise was so essential for her, it would hopefully end the fight in her favor.
Ellen silently snuck into the control booth where the man was. Without giving him time to notice her, or time to continue reshaping Hailee’s mind for that matter, she tackled the man to the ground. She had run up before slamming into him, trying to build up enough momentum to make her impossible to stop. If she could get him on his back beneath her, she could end this fight before he could regain the upper hand.

*Hailee does not notice the small squeak from the unknown third person in the room. She only notices the lights...and then a man's voice. He speaks so calmly, and he asks such a simple question. It seems only right that Hailee should answer him. It's the polite thing to do. She answers him in the affirmative. She can hear him, and since he was kind enough to ask, Hailee would return that common courtesy and assent to his question.
The man in the control room stared ahead, delighted at his victory. She was taken. She was captured. She was his. All he had to do now was issue a few commands and she would do anything he said. He was so focused on the enchanted starlet that he never saw the young woman charging at him out of the corner of his eye. All he knew was he was blindsided by what felt like a small horse, and then he was on his back, staring up at the ceiling. Then something was on top of him, clawing and grabbing at him. The man takes a moment to regain his settings, reaching up to cover his face with his right hand in an attempt to slow whatever this onslaught is.*

Ellen could not afford to fight fair, not if it meant this horrible man could get the upper hand over her. If he beats her, then he'll continue brainwashing Hailee to his heart's content. The young starlet would probably be turned into a man-child's wet dream. She can't let that happen! She'll fight dirty and dishonorably. She won't be ashamed of doing whatever is necessary. He wants to use his arm to shield his face from her attack? Fine! She leans up to get some leverage and then knees him in the groin. She reels back and knees him a second time for good measure. She'll take every chance she has to defeat him.
She won't hesitate from attacking, she won't regret being merciless. She drops from her slightly raised position and elbows him in the gut in one single motion. A powerful enough hit to the stomach should make anyone temporarily lose their breath. If she could just do that to him, he'd be left panting and defenseless. From there, it would be far easier to achieve a victory in this brutal contest for Hailee Steinfeld's soul. She kept on kicking him and scratching him relentlessly, even biting down on him when she was desperate enough. Her behavior was almost like a rabid animal, all ferocity and no discipline or genuine skill.
Then, despite how unwise it was for her to do while fighting, she couldn't help but briefly look away from her enemy to confirm Hailee was still alright where she was standing. Her favorite celebrity indeed seemed to be perfectly fine for the moment, but checking in on Hailee at all had left Ellen dangerously open to attack. Her moment of foolishly getting distracted shouldn't completely destroy her chances of winning, but it also meant she hadn't been able to capitalize on her opportunity to properly knock this terrible fiend unconscious.

*The man felt the attack stop for just a moment. Though he was winded from being elbowed in the stomach and his head was ringing from being attacked repeatedly in the groin, this momentary lapse from his unknown assailant was all he needed. He reached up with his left hand and grabbed the attacker by the face. He could feel a lot of hair, and made the assumption that this was a woman. He shoved back quickly, forcing her head back and causing her to lean back long enough for him to get his right leg over his left in an effort to protect his groin.
He could feel the blood coming from his face due to these scratches, but this was not time to tend to his wounds, but rather to use his superior size to his advantage. He rolls over onto his side and begins propping himself up in an attempt to regain his feet and take stock of who was attacking him.
Out on the stage, Hailee remained motionless, unaware of the battle taking place in front of her. Her shoulders begin to slump from the continued effects of the lights and her mouth slacks open even further. Pretty soon, a pool of saliva begins to form in the pocket of her lower lip, though it does not spill out of her mouth just yet.*

Ellen goes to look back at her opponent, but the moment she wasted checking Hailee’s status has cost her. She attempts to look down upon her enemy, but all her eyes are met with is the palm of his hand covering her face. He’s grabbed her, and pushes her up and away from him. It takes a moment for her to stabilize herself, but she’s now standing up while he’s still on the ground. Him pushing her away had ironically helped her get back on her feet.
After she’s gotten her bearings back, she uses her raised position to try and stomp on his groin. She’s like a new player in a fighting game, finding her enemy’s primary weakness and just repeatedly attacking it until she hopefully wins. Unfortunately, her opponent has grown wise to her tactics. He had used his moment of freedom to move his right leg over his left, effectively blocking all attacks to his most vulnerable area.
To make matters worse, he was now trying to pick himself up off his back. She would lose control of this situation quickly if he got himself back on his feet. Fighting on an equal playing field would surely mean her defeat. She was the weaker fighter here after all. She saw he was supporting most of his weight on his right hand as he rose from the ground. So, in desperate and brutal retaliation, she kicked his right arm as hard as she could.
Hopefully this move would make him loose his unstable balance and force him back onto the floor where he was a much less threatening opponent. Of course, even if her kick was effective in bringing him down momentarily, it definitely wouldn’t take him out. She needed a way to properly defeat him. If she could knock him unconscious, even if he only remained that way for a few minutes, that should be enough time to save Hailee.
While she was sure scratching his face with her nails had hurt like hell, it definitely wouldn’t be knocking him out anytime soon. She looked about the control room, seeking something she could use as an unconventional weapon. If she could find something small enough to pick up but heavy enough to cause some serious damage, she could drop it from height and gravity would deliver a more powerful strike then she ever could naturally give.

*The man leans on his right hand as he begins to slowly climb to his feet. With his back turned, he never sees the young woman charge at him again and deliver a kick to his right arm, below the elbow and above the wrist. As he did not have time to brace himself, his arm flies forward and he crashes back onto the floor, just getting his left arm down in time to brace his fall and keep his face from smashing on the studio floor. The man rolls over, looking up at his assailant again, gathering his breath, trying to muster his focus long enough to try, again, to regain his feet while his groin and stomach ached and his right arm was possibly now broken from that kick.*

Ellen's search of the room to find something to use as a weapon had been fruitless. It was unfortunate, but not necessarily surprising. The only thing in here was the controls for the lights above the stage. How many control booths had random heavy items in them, that could be picked up relatively easily? Sadly for her, probably not very many and definitely not this one. She had wanted something heavy to drop down on this guy, and she still thought using gravity would be a massive help to her in this fight. With no other options, Ellen resolved to use herself.
While the man was temporarily down for the moment, she stood over him and then jumped as far as she could into the air. From there, she curled up her legs like she was about to do a cannonball into a pool. This was going to hurt her quite a bit, her only hope was that it would hurt this fiend more. She came down, her knees hitting the guy before the rest of her body did, landing just below his collarbone. After her momentum finished carrying her downward, she rolled off him and tried to catch her own breath. She had been right about one thing, that had hurt like hell.

*The man did not see the flying attack coming and never had a chance to raise his arms or defend himself in any way. The young woman lands on his chest, hard, and his head is propelled back, banging off the floor of the control booth. On this impact, his body goes limp and his drops down, eyes closed. He's clearly out from the impact of that latest attack and very likely severely concussed.
Out on the stage, Hailee remains motionless, lost entirely to the lights at this point.*

(So sorry about that! I’ll edit the previous comment to fix it.)
Ellen tried to quickly pick herself up to defend herself from her opponent’s next attack. Unfortunately, she had already spent all her energy and strength. As she waited, completely vulnerable and defenceless on the floor, she eventually realized after a long moment that no attack was coming. Indeed, her enemy had been awfully quiet recently. She looked over, and found him unconscious. She had succeeded! It had exhausted her utterly, but she had won!
Now she could save Hailee! Ellen took a minute to catch her breath, and slowly rose to her feet as the victor of this contest. She went over to the controls, ready to turn off the lights and free Hailee from their spell. Then, a sight problem dawned on her, she had no understanding of how to turn off the lights.
The controls weren’t a simple or user friendly thing. There wasn’t any ‘off’ switch. There was dozens of dials and toggles. She didn’t even know where to begin. She couldn’t just guess what to press either. If she fiddled with all of them, she might accidentally melt Hailee’s mind or something. She couldn’t risk it. Not when her favourite celebrity was at stake.
Instead, she’d have to try a different solution. She left the control booth and walked up to the stage. As she went, she put a hand over her eyes to keep her from looking at the lights herself. It took a bit of a jump, but she managed to get on the stage. On any other day, she would have hyperventilated over being this close to Hailee. Right now though, saving the actress was a much more pressing matter then fan-girling.
If Ellen was right, then she should be able to command Hailee while she was in this state. Then, she should be able to order her to simply look away from the lights and leave. Instead however, her curiosity made her test it first. As Hailee’s number one fan, there were some questions Ellen couldn’t help but ask. “Hailee, are you seeing anyone at the moment?” There were no rumors on the internet that she was dating presently, but she needed to make sure.

*Hailee continues staring into nothingness, seeing nothing else. She does not react as a girl she's never seen before approaches her and gets much too close. Hailee doesn't even realize where she is or who is there with her. She is gone. Gone into the lights. Then, faintly, out of the corner of her mind, she hears a woman's voice, asking her a question. It's a little too personal, but at this point, Hailee doesn't care. She just knows she needs to answer this question.*

Ellen giggled in surprise and glee. It had worked, it had really worked! Her theory that Hailee was hypnotized was indeed correct! Certainly now that her test was done, she should get on with saving her favourite celebrity. Hearing Hailee speak the truth had been so thrilling though, Ellen couldn’t help but rattle off several more questions she’d always wanted to know the answers to. “Are you straight, bi, questioning? What are your kinks, your sexual fantasies? Have you ever considered dating a fan?”

Ellen had asked her questions in a voice that was giddy. She had been so excited to hear the complete and absolute truth about aspects of Hailee's private life. All that anticipation burst though when she heard the answers, and Ellen was left deflated. There was nothing wrong with how Hailee responded, but her replies were dreadfully dull and ordinary. She had wanted Hailee to have a secret kinky side, to match the secret kinky side she herself had.
But then, why couldn't that be the case? Hailee was open to reevaluating her opinions at the moment, thanks to the pretty lights. Why not give her favorite celebrity the kinks she had thought she would have? The moment this idea entered into her head fully formed, Ellen felt a wash of shame fall over her. She had just fought harder then she ever had in her life to save Hailee from being brainwashed, and a few boring answers from the actress was enough to tempt her to do the same thing.
Ellen wasn't the hero in this story, she was as much a threat to Hailee as the fiend she had knocked out was.
"Turn away from the lights now Hailee," Ellen said in an empty and defeated voice. "Be free of their influence. Remember what I told you. Flee back to your people, tell them what that man unconscious at the controls tried to do to you. Make sure he is met with the most extreme justice that is appropriate to give a predator like him." Ellen's voice was more hateful then ever, but that was because the anger she had for the man she also now had for herself. She had nearly been as bad as him.
The saying was true, never meet your heroes. They'll never meet your expectations. Ellen shouldn't have snuck in here to begin with. She sighed in frustration at herself. "Hailee, when you return to yourself, you will not notice me here. I'll be invisible to you. You'll leave immediately." Ellen just wanted to be done with this now.
However, in her commands, she had forgotten one loose end. Hailee had dropped her phone when she fell into trance. By ordering her to leave right away, she was unintentionally ordering the actress to leave her personal device behind. Even when her favorite celebrity left, Ellen's involvement in her life would be far from over yet.

*At Ellen's command, Hailee turned away and slowly shook her head as she freed herself from the control the lights had over her. Eventually, she regained her senses and began to piece together what had happened. Staring directly at Ellen, but seeing nothing, she sprinted from the room and alerted her people. One of the man's assistants sprinted into the control room and shut off the lights immediately, but by then Ellen had left. They, having no idea of the man's nefarious plans, immediately called the police and had him arrested. All parties involved agreed it was best not to speak of this to anyone, and the company disbanded the next day.
It was not until a few hours later at the police station that Hailee realized she had lost her phone in all the commotion. Being a wealthy celebrity, she simply sent her assistant out to get her a new phone and had the old one cancelled. Hailee put the phone out of her mind and spent the next few weeks on a yacht in the Mediterranean trying to put this whole incident out of her mind.*

Only after Hailee had stormed out of the room, did Ellen notice the celebrity's phone was at her feet. Of course, because retrieving the device hadn't been apart of her orders, the beautiful starlet hadn't even noticed the thing. It had invisible to Hailee, just like she was. Ellen picked up the phone and was surprised to find that it was still on and open. The actress must have deactivated the phone's auto lock. After all, it had definitely been more then five minutes since it had been touched. If the phone was going to turn itself off because of the lack of contact, it would have already done it by now.
Ellen considered running after Hailee, to return her phone to her, but she realized how terribly that would go. She had committed the crime of breaking and entering to get inside this building. Going to Hailee now would also mean going to her people, who would instantly detain her as a trespasser to secure their famous employer's safety. Ellen would just have to hold onto the phone of her celebrity crush for now. She was doing this because it was the only sensible option. Her obsession for Hailee had nothing to do with it!
She couldn't turn off the phone without being locked out, since she didn't know Hailee's password of course. She couldn't keep it on forever either though, that would kill the battery faster then she could get home to charge it. Instead, Ellen went into settings and reset the phone's password. This way, she could turn if off and get back in whenever she wanted to. With that done, she should leave. However, the temptation of something more kept her from fleeing just yet. The mesmerizing lights were still flashing onto the stage. Without pausing to think of the morality of it, Ellen sprung into action. She opened the phone's camera, pointed it directly at the lights without looking at them herself, and recorded a full ten seconds of them twinkling hypnotically.
Only after doing that, did she justified the action to herself. These lights were the ultimate 'get out of jail' free card. It would be foolish of her not to keep a video of them, just in case she ever really needed them to save her skin. She wasn't like that man she had beaten into unconsciousness, she would only use the recording of these lights to defend herself or others. She might one day need the lights, so of course she should keep a video of them. It was the right thing to do, she was sure of it.
Then Ellen heard fast footsteps approaching this room. That must be one of Hailee's people, come to secure the fiend who had attacked the actress. Ellen shouldn't stick around to see her assumption proven correct. She quietly hopped off the stage and left the room through its back exit. After that, she only had to do a little more sneaking before she finally found her way out of the whole building.
Now safe from being caught trespassing on private property, Ellen took her time returning home. Her dwelling was a dingy and drab thing, located on the thirteenth floor of the apartment building she resided in. After she got back there, her excited journey was seemingly properly over. Indeed, months went by uneventfully. Hailee's life and hers never even got close to intersecting again during that time. The story was done, or so Ellen thought.
After Hailee returned from her vacation on a yacht in the Mediterranean, she begun preparations for her next big concert. Since Hailee's inspection of the venue near where Ellen lived turned out to be a disaster for the performer, she had understandable chosen to perform this concert somewhere else. This was unfortunate for Ellen, her favorite celebrity's next concert was too far away for her to drive there. Likewise, she was in debt enough as it is, she couldn't afford a plane ticket on top of a concert ticket.
Hailee's team had set up a raffle, whoever won got a free ticket to the concert as well as all air travel expenses paid for. Ellen had put her name into the raffle of course, but what where the chances she'd actually win? Then, a terrible but brilliant thought struck her. Who needed to rely on chance, when they had the power to guarantee themselves a victory? Ellen still had Hailee's phone after all this time. While the number on it had been canceled ages ago, all the contact information on the device remained. Ellen copied one particular contact over into her own phone, the number of one Connie Morris.
Most people wouldn't recognize the name of Connie Morris. However, most people weren't super fans of Hailee like Ellen was. Thanks to her obsession with her favorite celebrity, she knew Ms Morris was none other then Hailee's top assistant. Connie had been in Hailee's employ longer then anyone else on the singer's team. If anyone could rig the raffle to ensure Ellen won the prize, it was Connie.
Using the contact info from Hailee's old phone, Ellen sent Connie Morris her recording of the hypnotic lights. She had elongated the video from ten second to a full minute by looping the footage repeatedly. Over the mesmerizing flashing lights, was a recoding of her voice. She spoke softly, and repeated her message several times. "Ellen Thorne deserves to win the raffle, make sure that she does. Ellen Thorne deserves to win the raffle, make sure that she does."
After she had sent the video, Ellen felt no guilt for her underhanded actions. She was Hailee's biggest fan, she deserved to see the singer live. She wasn't altering Connie in any negative way with her hypnotic message, she was simply encouraging the woman to make the right choice. Ellen wasn't hurting anyone, she was only giving herself the help that she righteously needed. Once she won the raffle, she'd get a plane ticket and a concert ticket free of charge! She hadn't done anything wrong, this was nothing but a good thing.

*A few weeks later, Hailee is handed the name 'Ellen Thorne' and a phone number to call. She knew this was the sweepstakes winner, and so she dialed the number, ready to speak to the lucky fan.*
"Hi, is this Ellen? Hi Ellen, this is Hailee Steinfeld. No, it really is! Listen, did you enter a contest to see me in Los Angeles next month? Well you won! We're gonna fly you and a friend to see me at the Hollywood bowl, and we'll throw in 2 backstage passes so I can meet you. Thank you so much for your support and I'm so excited to see you next month, Ellen! Now stay on the line and my assistant will get your details, ok? Thanks, Ellen. See you soon."
