I got back into the series around a year or so ago.
An old friend brought round his PS2 with MM anniversary collection on it

Beat it in a day .... then craved more.


Its so nostalgic for me,
me and my cousin always played Megaman games together.
he was vastly better at it than I was

We came from a family that wasn't too up-to-date
Living in the middle of no-ware, you tend not to get the latest stuff.

Loved it over the summer.
I had a Mega-drive and he had an NES.
We swapped consoles, mine had the wily wars, earthworm jim and a sonic game.
His had MM2, MM3 and Mario 3

I was kinda pissed when he broke it....
especially when I had to give back the NES

Heheh, since I've only been around for two weeks, I'm not too familiar with the legends and laws of MegaMan, BUT! I got the Anniversary Collection, and am on MM 8 (But I need to play the others first, 'cause I started with 8....) I have MM and Bass, and I'm on the last level, I've watched all 3 OVAs, including Day of Sigma, I've watched almost all there is to watch on the MM Cartoon (though not my fav, I loves that old cartoon ^^) and I've watched every cutscene from Super Adventure Rockman as well as scoured the depths of Wikipedia and every MM video I could get my hands on in two weeks, SO, I'm pretty smart with it. I'll be submitting my first MM art either today or tomorrow keep an eye out for it okay?

Hmm legends and laws, don't really think there are any.

There are allot of recurring meme's in the MM universe
like crashman being a pervert
and topman being a weak ass pussy

But aside from that your pretty much already square

MM8 was alright....., but dear god the voice acting had flaws.
But I liked the idea of rush turning into a motorcycle

MM and Bass?
Is that the GBA or the SNES version?
the whole NO ETANK thing killed me in that game

I loved those OVA things, the style was alot better than the cartoon show.
Stayed true to the Inafune character designs
but I really didn't give a crap about the Japanese
traditions it kept shoving down my throat all the time

The guy translated it all ... wasn't TOO bad...for an FMV.

If your new to Megaman, Complete works is a fabulous start!
That and Ariga's manga ... utterly awe-inspiring,
the way he design's the robots is fantastic!
I especially love the way he interpreted Cutman
