Description
Commission by this is my Bond Phenomenon Pokémon. Much like how Ash had Greninja, I have Flygon, a shiny Flygon that is. The ability, Hyperize, automatically transforms my Flygon into Matthew-Flygon when friendship is maxed out. The moves are Fury Cutter (increased from 40 to 50), Twister (increased from 40 to 60), Thunder Punch, and Iron Tail. For stats, my Flygon has a mild increase in Attack and Speed and a major increase in Defense, Special Attack, and Special Defense. This is how I met him:

It all began when I started my Pokémon journey in Johto. I arrived at Professor Elm's lab early in the morning 2 days after arrival to receive my starter Pokémon like every other trainer. However, instead of the normal Johto starters, there was Dratini, Horsea, and Trapinch as the starters, and they were all shiny. Professor Elm told me that he heard how much I love dragons and that he was thinking of me when he picked these Pokémon as the starters for me because their final evolutions were Dragon types. It was a difficult choice for me, but I chose Trapinch as my starter and named him Hyperwing. One of his moves was Fury Cutter, and something gave me a special feeling about that move. Upon receiving my Pokedex and Poke Balls, I began my adventure, catching wild Pokémon wherever I could find them, mostly for the Pokedex, but I somethimes ran into shiny Pokémon, battling other trainers who challenged me, and taking on Gym Leaders to earn badges for the Johto Pokémon League. I often battled grunts of Team Rocket when they got in my way, and I always labeled them 'sick-in-the-head'. During my journey, I stopped by the Battle Frontier to test my luck at the Battle Arcade. With Hyperwing already evolved into a Flygon beforehand and the shiny Pokémon I reserved for battle, the Arcade was a breeze. Eventually, I made my way to battling Arcade Star Dahlia. During the battle, when my Hyperwing and her Blaziken were the only Pokémon left, she Mega Evolved Blaziken. I thought we were toast for sure, but then, it happened: Hyperwing changed form right before my eyes and managed to defeat Dahlia's Mega Blaziken with a single attack. I couldn't believe it! Nor could Dahlia. I then spent all the Battle Points I earned on teaching Hyperwing Twister and Thunder Punch. As I was on my way to the Pokémon League, a group of Team Rocket grunts got in my way, aiming to steal my Pokémon. The moment I sent Hyperwing into battle, he automatically transformed, and when I ordered him to use Twister, the attack was much more powerful than before, and sent all those sick-in-the-head rocketeers flying. Upon competing in the Johto League, my final opponent, to my surprise, was Cynthia, Champion of Sinnoh. She said she heard what happened at the Battle Arcade, and wanted to see my Flygon's form change for herself. Upon sending out Garchomp as her final Pokémon and Mega Evolving it, I sent out Hyperwing, and he transformed into Matthew-Flygon. During the battle, Cynthia asked me if this was a Bond Phenomenon, as she heard from Steven, and I said yes, and with just one final Twister attack, Hyperwing defeated Cynthia's Mega Garchomp. After I got my trophy, Giovanni, leader of Team Rocket, and Cyrus, leader of Team Galactic, attacked the Pokémon League, aiming to steal Hyperwing. Giovanni had his shiny Mega Garchomp and Cyrus had his shiny Mega Houndoom, and the moment they moved in to attack, Hyperwing fired two large powerful blades from one swing of his sword that knocked away both shiny Mega Pokémon and almost killed Giovanni and Cyrus. While Giovanni got away, Cyrus was arrested. Cynthia then suggested to me about going to Alola to learn to control my Flygon's power a lot better, for she suspected that there would be a signature Z-move for him. Upon taking a trip to Alola, I met up with Professor Kukui who had a special Bug type Z-crystal called Flygonium Z. He said he couldn't figure out how it would work with a Flygon. And then Looker came to me with Anabel and suggested a test battle. It was my Matthew-Flygon equipped with Flygonium Z against Anabel's Mega Latios. At the start of the battle, Hyperwing and I activated the Z-move, and with one swing from Hyperwing's sword, the two large blades knocked out Anabel's Mega Latios. After the battle, Looker said that the more powerful Hyperwing's Fury Cutter is, the more powerful the Z-move, which he named Buzzerker Blade. He also told he to train Hyperwing a lot more carefully, so that there were no accidental deaths like how there almost was with Giovanni and Cyrus. And since then, I've been training a lot more carefully to control the immense power Hyperwing has as Matthew-Flygon.
