You know you are a bad dude when you can successfully threaten a crocodile with nothing but a pocket knife.Lately I have been watching the Dragonball Anime online. Having read the manga front to back two times, I really do appreciate seeing more of Pilaf. He was pretty quiet in the manga... but the pinball thing was pretty dumb.

Out of the Dragonball Villains (to date I've only watched the original series) I found Emperor Pilaf to be the most amusing!

Dragon Ball is awesome! Pilaf is more prominent in the anime than he is in the manga, though... Or alteast, as far as I've read (two volumes).

yeah, as far as I can remember, in the manga, he only reappears for a very short time much later in the Manga.

I guess they felt they needed more comic relief/filler, and Pilaf fits the bill nicely.

Been catching up on the original manga as of late and all the gags that were either too risque or too japanese for the US. : P Really should review subs of the DVDs I got sometime too.
