Just something again to chill a bit. Now if only I had a proper lamp for this shit it could actually feel like chilling.Mhm.. Drawing has not been the same after my almost two-year-old favorite mech pencil drew its last line. And that was the only 0.7mm mech pen I had..
Well, 3B and B pencils somewhat made up the loss for this one. Continuing with the portraits, nothin' too fancy. Yet this time I went all experimenting, tried to reverse my usual shading by throwing the source of light on the other corner and went for similar backlighting I did for my Christmas alicorns. Result tho', as I expected, is slight a bit too melancholic, especially when it comes to Macintosh..

I love this it's a perfect drawling of Big Macintosh and I'm a huge fan of Big Macintosh for many reasons but this drawling I've seen nothing better this is the kind of art I strive for it's like candy for my eyes it's just that sweet

Neither have I taken any proper art classes. I've only done the mandatory art classes of elementary school and high school, they taught me nothing whatsoever.
I can't stress it enough how long way can a small bit of dedication go. I've drawn things since I was a child, and some time ago I finally just stood up and decided I want to take the random scribbling to another level, and here I am.
80% of what I know about drawing has been learnt during the last two years via experimenting myself or studying all kinds of tutorials/articles across the internet.

This is fantastic! It's incredibly detailed traditional drawings like this that really add a lot more depth to the characters of a show without rejecting its original visual style! Excellent job!
