Ok This is my custom MLP for contestHer name is Winter Run a Twice as fancy pony from the 80's
Winter Run :
Loves the cold and snow you can always find her playing in the coldest parts of pony land with her friend Blizzard the husky. She has the magic to freeze things with her horn. (Like gusty can make wind)
One summer she froze the pond so the other ponies could ice-skate in the hot weather.
Sorry about not reading the rules all the way. *I had to shade the background so you could see the sparkles, she is white and they wouldn't show up.
