I honestly don't really know what shiny means.
If it wasn't in red and blue, then it is beyond me.
All I know is shiny pokemon tend to be pink. XD

Well, up until Gen 5 or so, the color palate for shiny Pokèmon was small, so most ended up magenta or green.
Oh, and shiny Pokémon are Pokémon that have a 1 in like 2,500 or something chance of being encountered that sparkle upon encounter with a different appearance than usual. Though there are some special cases, like Pikachu and Elekid (who are barely different, just the shade of yellow) and Smeargle, who's shiny and regular form were swapped at one point.
...That was much longer than intended.
Oh, and I should point out that some Mega Evolutions redeemed some Pokèmon with bad shiny forms, such as Garchomp and Gengar.

Yeah but the italian high school system is the most f-d up thing in the world:
Basically the two main branches are classico and scientifico
classico (meh XD) - we're the nerds that have to study greek and latin
scientifico - they're the arseholes that have to study maths and physics (we study em too but it's easier/ they study latin too but it's easier)
And yeah but we study ancient greek....so yeah, dead language XDD
