Looks like it can be made into a manga cover. Maybe for something like "Tea With The Side of Torture", a manga about a strange restaurant that has only 5 star ratings, but oddly no other scores. When a food blogger goes to "investigate", he learns that the employees kidnap and torture customers that weren't going to give the best rating for the place.*

*Just so you know, that came out of the top of my head. A brain-fart per say.
