Its hard for me to pinpoint. I love the picture.
Probably the colors combined with the costume style. Also, the fact that it wasn't over produced like so many of todays comics.
Oh, and there is also the fact that she didn't seem like a huge breasted bimbo. Healthy and ready to kick ass, but not topple over.
