"Lava Lindwyrms dwell deep within the planet's crust whilst immersed in extreme temperatures. When surfacing, they leave devastation in their wake as their tunnels allow molten rock to rush up and create new volcanoes. Their young can be found congregated around such areas, bathing in the shallow streams of magma. Though Lava Lindwyrms inadvertently leave wreckage behind whenever they travel, they are a boon to the various dragon breeds dependent on volcanoes and volcanic activity."Related content

The mane is what took the least amount of time ironically. Personally, I love how the tail turned out. Originally I had wanted it to look like smoke but I wasn't as good at pixel art then as I am now. And I think this was third dragon concept I had made without a base sketch to line.
