Awwww, thank you so much,and so sorry for the very late reply! I use a wacom stylus pen to work on Ipad, better than fingers!!!

The program I use is Procreate, and I use a wacom stylus pen. The secret is to work just with colors, not lines. At first, you make big brush strokes to build your character or composition. You just roughly paint the general shapes of colors. Never use lines. Then, when all you shapes are done, your strokes become smaller and smaller to add precision. It's little bit like the impressionism movement! It's ok if it's not precise at first. Just keep adding smaller strokes and it will come!!!
