So here's what I achieve after spending another 2 hours on it.
Time taken: 6 hours
Medium: Initally it was done purely in Painter but for the repaint I used Photoshop due to Painter awkward layer function....

The basic fundamentals is to keep on practice and train your observation skills.
Currently I do at least a single digital sketch in Painter or Photoshop to sharpen my digital skills because my illustration course mostly cover traditional medium so I ought to hone my digital skills to keep up with trend and of course my art sense.

ohhh, that's really something....
I thought the first one was awesome, but now you improved it much more!! THe lips are more accurate I think, plus the skin is a lot brighter and more natural....AWESOMEEE JOBBB
