Every night before christmas, Finland woke up and dressed in his red clothing. Sweden often woke up as well, wanting to say good bye to Finland before he took off. This night was not an exception."Flyg försiktigt", he murmured, standing in the hall with his arms wrapped around himself, to protect his body from the cold that was let in from the open door. Fly carefully.
"Det ska jag", Finland whispered back, before turning to his swede. I will.

Just a little something I wanted to do. It was snowing the day before yesterday, and that really got me in Christmas mood! *^* I’m ahead of time. OTL Bare with me. Also, I wanted to do something with these soft colours.
Merry Early Christmas everyone~ I’ll hopefully do something more than this till it actually IS Christmas. >>;

Man.... The Santa suit brings back a lot of memories of waking up at 5-6 in the morning on Christmas XD
Then my uncle would come in either an elf or Santa costume and make breakfast for everyone....

THIS IS AWESOME! The lighting/shading gives this peace a really amazing affect and the style is similar enough to the show that I know its Finland right away yet different in that its far more detailed and the simple background is perfect because it not only fits the scene but it doesn't distract from the main focus of the picture! Hanatamago is adorable and the writing in the corner makes methink of a Christmas Card!
