Our dance teacher is teaching us how to do this. I love doing this and it's pain free just a lovely stretch. I could sit there with a cup of tea and watch TV all day long and not get uncomfortable . Great picture with a fantastic atmosphere and the look on her face like: "Yeah? What it's no big deal.. it's normal" LOL
