Here are some rules:
You have to know Hetalia/Nekotalia
You have to build in every character used in the picture before
You can choose between Dogs or cats, except Den-neko of course
Den-neko is a cat
You can choose, if your chosen Hetalia character sits on Den-neko or lays under him
It can form a pyramid with other characters besides Den-neko as well

NEAT! xD but remember that in the end other characters will squize even the other nordics and other over the other etc~ (its not just stacking up on Denmark its even on the others xP i kinda see this going as a huge cat pyramide, thats kinda my point idea in this. >D maybe you should add this lil explaination in the deviation desc.)
so this isnt something insulting to any country just one fun thing and a new way to put in some funny expressions. ^^
