Nickname/Alias: Didi

Occupation: Assassin/hitwoman
Partner: Poison (Hellena Haze)
Abilities & Skills: proficient in two-handed sword/melee combat, Kendo, Ninjitsu, marksman, proficient with various firearms, and espionage.
Other Skills: Pianist.
Languages (Read & Write): English, Japanese, and French.
Weapons: 9mm hand gun and a Wakizashi (Japanese short sword) 1 or 2 depending on mood & situation. Rin uses various knifes, swords, hand guns and automatic, semi automatic assault weapons and explosives.
Info: As her name implies, Rin is severe and cold when it comes to her “work”. While Poison is about shooting up the room taking her target and everyone else out, Rin’s about getting in, eliminating the target and getting out without being noticed.
Rin tends to use stealth and patience for right moment to strike and take out her target. Generally she will wait until her victims are isolated or lures them into an isolated area before going in for the kill.

I could see why this could be a theme song for Rin, maybe less techno and it could be Rin's theme song.

...Darn, I was planning out a similar character to Rin. I think you did a much better job of it than me (especially considering I have no track record of ever actually finishing these things).
Still, I'm now reassured that Angel Falls can work as a setting with the massive power difference between Rin and, say, Soviet Superwoman.
Back to Rin: Does she have a private life to speak of? I realise that she doesn't need a secret identity, but does she have family, friends, etc.?

Who said you couldn't still make your character? I have no problem with that. Rin is more of a street character so she doesn't deal with the supers of Angel Falls unless she's paid to do so.
I technically didn't write Rin's private life yet. As of right now, her only friend is her assassin partner Poison.

However, I do have two questions...
1) Why doesn't she have a villain name like her partner?
2) Why does someone like Rin, who's serious about her job and values stealth and precision work with a psycho who prefers to make a scene like Poison? I mean, they're both deadly but it seems to me like their personalities and fighting styles would clash BIG TIME...

First, Rin doesn't want a villain name like her partner Poison. Second, Poison and Rin's seemingly opposite styles somehow work together. Poison doesn't fly off the handle every single time, if Rin comes up with a plan Poison will follow it. Of course Rin's plan will have Poison using her style to her advantage.

Ikazuchi, huh??
your character has the name of the 4th destructor of the Akatsuki class. I have a character named Yukikaze, the 8th destructor of the Kagero class (her full name is Kagero Yukikaze). Both of the IJN.
I think the kanji for Ikazuchi is 雷 and the one for Rin (the one you are looking for) is 凛. The rin kanji you are using looks more like the one that means "salary of rice" than the one meaning "cold". I am not a japanese expert, but I have been using japanese names for some time and have made a lot of mistakes. The best is to ask a Japanese friend.

You're right, I got the name Ikazuchi from a WWII Japanese battleship.
I looked up these kanji symbols at this website [link] based the meanings that were the nearest to the names.
