... And scroll down so you can't see the top...This was for our last project in painting class... Which was literally anything. So I decided to try my hand at the hardest form: portraiture. I found a photo here on dA (which I feel really bad that I can't find, but it was a fabulous photograph and and I really really want to give credit! I'll keep searching...)
There are parts that I really like (namely, the right hand) and parts which I really hate (like the left hand which I ran out of time to do). Overall I'm not the happiest person in the world with it, but it was an all right first attempt.
The colors are also entirely different depending on what light you view it in, so this is a slightly brighter version taken with flash... So use your imagination on the colors xP

lol It's kind of funny, but I saw this in the showcase at the high school just this Friday. My friend and me were walking past, and we stopped to look at the paintings. xD I was curious as to who painted it.

Haha!! Thanks =X I really wish I had more time on that upper hand... It was cut off in the photograph, so I had to kind of fudge it. And of course I was trying to put it off and ended up running out of time... Too bad this was the last project, eh?
He said he was going to put up my Rene Magritte imitation, too... Hrm...
