...but I'm not so satisfied with the skin-structure on her cheek. I think I have to redraw it somehow. because of the small DOF it looks like edited bad somehow.
NE suggestions?

Maybe you can try a dark, brown, dirty texture in the background to match her cheek's properties and reduce contrast.
