Description
In December 2009 I made flag similar to this, but in the middle of stars was hammer and sickle. It was flag of socialist Laurasia. This flag depicts situation after end of Cold War and establishing of CIS . It is not in vector format, but you can easily vectorize it using flags of USA, EU and CIS. If you want, you can replace the CIS logo by more "Asian" symbol, e.g. Taiwanese sun, but NOT Indian wheel (India was part of Gondwana).
