I'll start off by saying very interesting, unique piece.
VISION: Well, there's a lot going on here, and that's a little big of a problem. First thing I see when I look at this piece is all the tentacles, and don't pay much attention to the girl. The only thing that brings her out is her skin color and some of the pipes/circles are a little blurred. Maybe that's the off part in the picture? Other than that, good vision.
ORIGINALITY: I have to say, extremely original. Even though this type of picture has been done before - you made it your own, and that's what I like about it.
TECHNIQUE: It's an interesting technique. I like her costume and make-up and the certain air she has around her. I can't really explain it, but it draws your attention, definitely
IMPACT: Not much that I can say, but definitely five stars!

Hmm... Personally, I like this image. The model's pose and outfit are very nice and interesting. The varying widths and directions of the stripes draw the eye in, and the splashes of color (her skin, especially her face and hands and the skin showing through her tights) give the image an ethereal quality.
However, the 'off' part you mention in the description... Personally, I think it's the tentacles and balls. It's a bit too busy, and while the model draws the eye in, the tentacles confuse and don't hold the eye in one spot for very long. They're a very creative idea, but there's simply too many of them.
They create a sense of depth and motion within the picture, like the viewer could reach out and poke one of the spheres and send it rolling across the floor, but the repeated form of the two curled over tentacles in the foreground and the clusters of floating balls on the left and right are a bit much.
Maybe just doing tentacles or just doing spheres...? Not sure.
C: I certainly love the image, though. She looks very suspicious.

I really love the picture! She looks like she is sneaking and are trying to blend in with the surrounding!
