Description This is what I hope to be my new Icon here on DA but I can't get it down to less than 15 kb so I can't upload it as an avatar. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have managed to upload now. I removed some frames and reduced the colours.

I know the hair doesn't move as much as it should but overall I'm pretty pleased with this.

Looking good. Try throwing the scarf out of frame to make the movement more natural.
