Wow this took me a VERY long time to finish, and a lot of work. I am experimenting with colors, tones and warm or cold feelings. I have to say this is my best work yet, but I have been staring at it for so long I don't know what to think about it anymore I have been working on it off and on, maybe I will fix things later but I am very ready to move on to my next piece.
I also have been trying to study colors and shading, how it connects together and how it makes a art piece. Also, I have found that the tint or color of your painting should establish the mood of the animal, and the longer you take on a picture, the better the outcome. Anyways, I hope you like it!
