Evil Ryu skin for SF4, I didn't like the other ones i have seen, they added strange things like facial hair or scars or flames on the gi so i made my own.*UPDATE* Added a Pupil-less version

too bad u dnt get an evil ryu in the game lol and his eyes are a bit awkward xD
