Just practice, or is this a charter or an event in a story?

Maybe or maybe not, I don't really know, I'm sure I wouldn't have fun being sliced up

It's practice, but.... Why? If you would not enjoy it, why do you enjoy drawing it?

For the same reason that people who dislike war paint soldiers, create war games or sad people draw people in pain, like scott with fnaf games, he does not enjoy horror games but he still makes them, if we would only paint/do/create the things we enjoy, art in all it's forms would be waaaay more limited and almost meaningless, and apart from the philosophical explanation I just like this kind of body horror a lot

Ok, good points, but why would it limit you?
I agree you don't need to like what you draw... It's just an interesting concept.
For me, I don't take pictures of what I don't think is a good picture, than again, that might just be the difference between drawing and photography.
Or the difference between being a good photographer and a grate one.

It would limit you because you would never expand out of your comfort zone, since you would always be inside your little bubble just doing the same stuff you like over and over, never getting out of it because you dislike the stuff outside, and there are some artist who do this and it's totally fine tbh, you do you, but in my case I just like drawing/painting whatever I feel like whenever I feel like and trying out new things and topics, as grotesque or cute as they might be.

I get it, but that applies to your own tastes in the end, maybe what you see as a great picture, someone else sees it as something kinda "meh"- is and viceversa, art in general is pretty complex and what might seem like something horrendous can have a pretty meaning behind it, or maybe even be a representation of the artists feelings, fears or whatever, or maybe something they made just for fun, I dunno, I don't really know if I made sense here but anyway, I guess a good way to resume it would be by saying that not everything has a deep secret meaning or even a why.

Sometimes something doesn't have a deeper meaning, or doesn't have any purpose.
But it becomes part of the viewer's interpretation. We bring a deeper meaning to it with what we observe. I know this doesn't affect you as an artist but it's always something to consider "what will the audience say"?

Oh, of course, you can always throw something into the viewer without meaning or context and the viewer can take that one thing and ask what it is, what it does, imagine a backstory... I mean, a lot of good stories have happened from that and it's actually to see some people so invested in a story to start talking and thinking about it.
You can always get out of your normal topic for no reason and people can maybe see it another way.

In the end it really does affect you as an artist, it gives another whole perspective to your own work and you can see it from a lot of new different angles when fresh eyes that have never seen it, see that one thing for the first time.
Maybe something you thought meaningless can make somebody else cry, or can trigger an anxiety or inspire someone or create fear etc...
It's amazing.
