Okay, was her head always that big, or did it just become like that after scanning?

So, ignoring my fail anatomy, this is one of my characters for a manga idea that I have. She runs an organization called 'Scissors', and she's the main antagonist, and that's all I'm going to say about the story and her role. XD I really like her, though.

Note! This is my first finished art of her, so the design is not final. Personally, I'm worried that she looks too much like Pest from Mondaji-tachi. >< ALSO her hair color is actually lighter than this! The pen looked lighter than it was...

So, do you have any name or (further) design suggestions? Thank you! ^^

(Most of the materials used belong to the art room, so I didn't catch their names. )
