Description
Well now we know where Honey and Fast Track get their stripes and spots from, their dad Domino.

Dad is a paint pony stallion, aged around 58 or so in human years.
He owns Appledown Orchards and makes Appledown Cider, a delicious and very alcoholic cider from a recipe that has been passed down from his grandsire to him. His grandfather was a known bootlegger that sold Appledown where he could and was pursued by the Equestrian Royal Guard during Prohibition.
Once the Prohibition was ended, Appledown Orchards opened just outside of Fillydelphia and soon flourished.

Domino worked the Orchards all his life, helping deliver barrels of Appledown to the major Equestrian cities. It was while he was delivering cider to Canterlot that he met Keepsake, and soon fell in love with the pretty, sophisticated and wealthy palomino mare. After harvest season, Domino devoted himself to courting Keepsake, at first openly until her snobbish parents expressed disapproval because he was a farmer, and then on the sly.

Keepsake eloped with Domino, and her parents immediately cut her off from their wealth as well as their home. It wasn't until Keepsake gave birth to Fast Track did her parents waiver slightly. Their resolve suffered a strong tremor when Gingergold was born, developed deepening cracks as Honeycrisp took her first steps and shattered all together when Applecharm was born. Sundown and Silvergrace adored their grandfoals, learned that Domino was independently wealthy due to the sales of Appledown and treated his beloved Keepsake like a princess. There was nothing more they could ask for.

All of the family worked the Orchards during harvest and cider time. Even cousins and other relatives joined in. Each one of the siblings accompanied their father, aunts and uncles on the sales trips. But as they aged, Domino's family band soon began to pursue their own hearts and livelihoods, but promised to always return for harvest and cider time.

Domino is beginning to think about retirement. He would like to relax and be...more than anything, a grandsire. He has one grandfilly, named Mistymorn from his daughter Gingergold but would love to have more. He's not afraid to say it to prospective mates to his children, usually when they first meet.

Edit: I made some slight changes to the family. Fireside is now Applecharm. Gingergold his married to Whirlwind and they have a daughter together, a newborn named Mistymorn.
