Caring/Compassionate
Morningsong cares greatly for her clan, and cats in general. She'd do about anything to keep her clan happy and if her clan isn't happy, neither is she. She'd risk her life for them, and even more.
Subtly flirty
When she isn't working hard for her clan and has some time to relax and kick back, Morningsong likes to flirt occasionally. She wouldn't ever be inappropriate or flirt at the wrong times, but it does happen to toms she's attracted to.
Fierce
Morningsong isn't just a pretty face. She'd easily rip a cats throat out to defend herself or her clan. She definitely is one of the nicest she cats in the clan, but she has her moments of anger. She's at her maddest when her clan is threatened though.
Loyal
Morningsong became a warrior for many reasons, but one was because of how loyal and trustful she is. She'd never ever leave a cat or betray them if they gave her a reason to trust them.
Vain
One of Morningsong's great flaws is her obsessiveness over vanity. She wants to look presentable and attractive at all times, especially if she's going to a gathering and seeing a different clan.
Romantic
Though this cream she-cat barely has time to think about falling in love, she's always dreamed of having kits and a mate.
Leader worthy
Despite the fact that Morningsong doesn't look or exactly act like a leader, she truly shows it deep down. SHe's strict when she has to be and normally doesn't let things slide by. Cats are naturally attracted to follow her.
Responsible
Morningsong never fails to do a task. She's always on top of things and never fails to get a task done. It's stressful for her, but she's good at it. She manages to keep an eye out for her clan.

[History]
Kit
25 moons ago, a beautiful cream color she-cat sat in her den, yowling in pain. Her mate sat beside her, holding her paw as she gave birth to two little she-cats, very similar to each other but one was darker. The medicine cat handed both to her, letting her lick them dry and suckle at her belly. They both couldn't be happier.
Once Morningkit and Sweetkit were around two weeks old, the clan was overcome by a strange new disease. It was like white cough but more deadly. Both her parents tragically died. At the time, another queen, Fernwhisker had given birth. She adopted both Morningkit and Sweetkit. She had two males, but one was taken by the plague.
Months past, and Morningkit never really questioned what happened to her real parents. She called Fernwhisker mother, and acted like Crowkit was her brother. Later on, when she was old enough to understand Fernwhisker told her about her parents. Morningkit wasn't too bothered, because she never knew them. Fernwhisker, Sweetkit and Crowkit were her family now, and that's all she cared about.
When Morningkit and her 'siblings' were almost apprentices, Fernwhisker took them all out to the river to show them it. She said words that Morningkit would never forget:
"The river is our life. It's fierce and strong, it's current can sweep you off your feet. It can swallow you whole and never let you out. But it's also gentle and forgiving. It let's us drink and eat from it, even play at times. Never underestimate the power of our river."
Morningkit vowed to be like the river, strong yet gentle. She thought of her adopted mothers words every night before she went to sleep.
Apprentice
After what felt like an eternity, the day had came that the trio of kits would be apprentices! They were all three overly estatic. Sweetkit, the most gentle and timid became Sweetpaw, getting a kind, cunning and intelligent tom name Brackenfur. Crowkit, now crowpaw, got a fierce and loyal tom named Flameleap. Then came Morningkit. She stood in front of the leader, her blue eyes sparkling with a mix of emotions.
"Your mentor shall be Shadowtail." Morningpaw turned to the she-cat. She was dark gray, almost black and spotted. She was a gorgeous she-cat who had toms tripping after her. She was smart, extremely smart and cunning and rough around the edges. Morningpaw stood, almost dumbfound that she had gotten such a respected, yet feared she-cat for her mentor. They touched noses gratefully, Shadowtail letting out a little purr saying. "Welcome to the real world, young one"
Morningpaw started her first day of training with her siblings, walking around the whole territory with all their mentors. It was amazing, she thought. They even did some swimming, diving down deep to see the fish shy away from them. She couldn't be any happier.
Through the moons of being an apprentice, life was a dream all together. She had such a close bond with Crowpaw and Sweetpaw. They did everything together. Morningpaw had toms crushing on her all the time, she was a pretty little she-cat, just like Sweetpaw.
Warrior
Morningpaw, Sweetpaw, and Crowpaw stood in front of the leader, gleaming smiled on their faces. They all had chased off a young fox with the help of other warriors, and deserved to be warriors.
"Sweetpaw, from this moment on, you'll be known as Sweetdapple. You're speed and agility are remarkable" The leader annouced. She dipped her head and sat back down.
"Crowpaw, you will now be known as Crowvoice. You're outgoing and brave, helping the clan countless times." Crowvoice beamed, trotting back to his seat.
"Morningpaw." The leader said, his eyes sparkling as he looked down to her. "From now on, you'll be known as Morningsong. You're gentle yet fierce, brave and kind. You'll be such a great warrior." He nodded. Morningsong turned, hearing her name being cheered. Tears came to her eyes, she was so happy in so many ways. She walked back to her mentor, Shadowtail. "Thank you" She whispered. "For teaching me everything."
Morningsong felt great, but different. Everyone looked at her differently, with a new respect. It was great. She could go anywhere without having to ask any one. Even though toms pursued her, Morningsong never felt like she wanted to have a mate yet. She wasn't ready to settle down.
On the other hand, Crowvoice found a lovely she-cat and had kits almost right away. They were adorable, all three of them. But Sweetdapple became a little distant, spending a lot more time with another cat, Shadowtail in particular. They were definitely close.
One day, Morningsong followed her sister, watching from the bushes. Sweetdapple approached Shadowtail, kissing her on the lips. Morningsong was shocked, having no idea her sister liked girls. She backed up, and ran back to camp.
There was a hush all around the camp, and she knew something had happened. The deputy had just died, and a new deputy was going to be picked. The leader later jumped up on the rock, his face grim. "Cats of riverclan, I gather you here today to announce the death of our deputy, and the fact a new one must be appointed. Crowvoice, step forward."
The crowd hushed, and parted for him. He approached the rock. "You are now my deputy" A wave of shock went through the crowd. What was such a young warrior doing becoming deupty? Yes, he had an apprentice already but he was wasn't as experienced as the senor warriors.
Meanwhile, a rumor spread through the camp about Sweetdapple and Shadowtail. Everyone scorned their sexuality, because they didn't like that they were different. One day, Sweetdapple and Shadowtail both disapeared. Everyone said they couldn't take it anymore and ran off together, to have a happy life
Moons passed and the Leader was in terrible shape. He had one life left, and was dying quickly with an illness. That night, he died. Crowvoice stepped up, going to the moon rocks in the morning. When he got back he'd appoint the new deputy.
Crowstar stood in front of the clan, his head held high. He chose a well-rounded tom as his deputy, and it wasn't a shock to anyone. But nothing lasts forever.
Crowstar lost three lives in a battle, two from sickness, another two from being careless and one more in a different battle. He was on his last life, poisoned from eating an old crow. Morningsong, Crowstar's kits, his mate and the medicine cat sat beside him as he passed away. Morningsong sobbed, sitting by his body all night. His leadership was short, but well lived.
* * *
Now, Morningson's past is nothing but a whisper in her cream color ears. She still doesn't like talking about her brother and sister, but her past wasn't tragic or terrible compared to some. She

(The blue tides, between Birchtail and Sugarcane)
Birchtail took a huge breath through his nose, his bright blue eyes darting around. He stayed closer to the bare bushes, his brown pelt blending into them since they had no leaves. He caught a scent. Another cat, Riverclan seemingly. It wasn't surprising since he was close to the boarder. Another scent laid under that though. Stepping carefully through the snow, he kept his head down for any trace of prey. A smile crossed his brown face, finally picking up a trace of vole, or maybe mouse. He kept going, less aware of the upcoming boarder.
Then, he spotted it. He smiled wide, his heart beating fast. A juicy, plump vole. Birchtail creeped forward, the sound of a trickling river masking his footsteps.
snap Birchtail flinched, then froze. the vole looked around, then immediately fled. Birchtail sighed, not even bothering to chase after it. He dragged his feet to the stream, looking down in it. There he was, a handsome blue eyed tom. 'Oh well. Maybe there's fish in here?' He personally never caught a fish before. He slowly sunk into the river, shivering at the cold. Birchtail drug his paws around on the bottom of the river, interested in the clouds of dirt that diffused into the water. He was so interested that he didn't notice the smell of a Riverclan warrior nearby.
