Hi there,Who Drives this car?
Well the badge belongs to the actual Land Rover driven by Lara Craft 'Angelina Jolie' in the Film 'Tomb Raider..
Simon West (director) chose the land rover as the car to be used in the film as its British (or was).. And Lara is of course a very English 'Lady' lol
The Land began as a standard 110 Defender Pick Up and was converted in the 'Special Vehicles Dept' at Solihul (yes, they have one!).. It took 500 hours to make and is covered in loads cool stuff..
A huge V8 engine and everything a girl could need.. Finished in a one off Metallic Bonatti grey paint, special body plates, roll cage and roof rack.. It also has an expedition tool kit, two winches, sat nav and and an impressive array of lamps..
And of course a drivers seat that has supported Ms Jolies bum!
