Description Lady Judgement is the creation of Go see his art!

Consider this a kind of gift art.
Mostly, it was an excuse for me to experiment with a different style of coloring.
I hope you like it!

Illustrator & Photoshop CS3, maybe 15 hours.

This is heart-stoppingly good! The time you put in it paid off.

Her hair behind her right bicep and left fist both look "gluey" with varying degrees. Her right knee looks thin but you can easily correct that.

The tip of her hair looks like it's meshed together with the same consistency as Inque . Maybe adding some more lines to the tips would give it the impression of flowing.

The fingers of her left fist looks like they're fused together. Adding deeper, darker lines between them could rectify this.

I don't see any problems with her hips. In fact, it looks like she's ready to turn and move to her right because all her weight's on her left foot. Her right knee looks thin but that could also be the angle of it you wanted us to see.

And is she cold? Her protruding, stone-cold nipples are a nice touch!

Wonderful job overall! I look forward to more.

Wow, MoZ, that's quite critique. It's much appreciated! I'll try to reply as best I can.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "gluey". Can you elaborate? I'm also not clear on what you mean about her hair. Do you feel it needs more definition?

You are quite correct about her fist. However, I'm a big fan of drawing fists this way. There's something about the solid blocky feel of it that I feel conveys strength and power. You're right about the stance. I hope that she looks like she is in the process of turning from her left, to her right. And yes, I did want the knee to appear thin.

And the nipples? What can I say, I like cold women.

Once again, thanks for sharing your thoughts!

By "gluey," I mean it doesn't look like it flows. The strands of her hair look like they're clumped together as if she came out of the shower-- wet and adherent. It doesn't seem to flow the way dry hair does.

It just seems this way because the tips of her hair are curled up; they look rigid, unnatural. If this was the choice of hair style for her, you could ease up on the curl to couple it with the dynamic pose. In that case, it'd look natural.

I agree with your notion of the "blocky feel" of her fist. I just suggest you put deeper lines between her fingers so it doesn't look like they're fused together. You might even want to put some definition to her second knuckles so they don't look like one straight line or a yellow mitten.

You really did a fantastic job. I'm sure if you leave this as-is, you can sell prints of it.

Awesomesauce!!! I love this coloring technique! Very comic book without being super-simplified.

There's sooooomething about her hip/crotch area that's bugging me though.... I think the hips might be a tad too bulbous, and the way the highlights get cut off almost make her legs look disconnected from her body (I only mention this because you encourage advanced critique :3 ).

Her hair is AMAZING!
