OMG! SQUIDWARD PATRICK SO OTPYes. Oh Yes.
This is from the Episode of Spongebob 'That's no Lady'

Now time for a summary of this episode!
A misunderstanding over a vacation getaway advertisement causes Patrick to think he must "get out of town" or face dire consequences. SpongeBob can't bear the thought of his best buddy moving away, so he decides to do what he can to hide Patrick's identity from his "pursuers." After many failed attempts at disguises, they finally settle on the perfect one: Patrick is transformed into a girl, Patricia, to be exact. Patricia catches the eye of Mr. Krabs and Squidward and soon she becomes the most charming waitress/waiter at the Krusty Krab.

Hee! I loved that line. I could just imagine him giving himself that nickname as a teenager, not because he wants to impress others and make them think he's such a great kisser, but because he's so convinced that he's so good. But I like to imagine that he got called that in band class. And because I'm completely in love with Squid/Squill, of course I think of Squilliam giving him the nickname back in high school, both as a term of endearment and as a way to snap at him - "Hey, Sizzle Lips, get your tushy over here."
