Description
Playing with a lot of very dark, neutral tones + color to create a focus. Did alright!
Guided by the spectre of her companion, Opal seeks the end of this strange, possibly endless darkness.
Upon sleeping one night, your Tokota finds itself within a dream-like purgatory of some kind, with surreal obstacles and challenges blocking it's path. Somehow, your Tokota must find his/her way to wakefulness by conquering the demons of their dreamworld, and finding their way to Aippaq 's light. She was gone. Yuka was gone and so was the rest of the world. Opal blinked in this almost pitch darkness. She could smell rocks and dirt. It was like she was in cave, but she could tell from the air that this was the open sky above. But was it her sky? Why was the snow not cold...or was this ash? Come to think of it, she couldn't feel warm or cold. The neutrality of this place was maddening. She chuffed softly in the black, hearing her voice hit the space with a dead thud. No echo. Could anyone even hear her if they were out there? It was clear she needed to get moving.
Something moved up ahead against...was that a horizon? A shade lighter than the grays and blacks all over, she made out a shape. She had nothing else to go to, so she followed this. It never got closer the longer she wandered, but neither did it get father away. Slowly she became aware of light around her. Warm and golden like a fire--though it hardly pierced this darkness.
