this is actually an alternate versionn, I'm posting this version since it looks more complete than the original version (not finished) which you can see here: [x]
I wanted to draw this piece with a more semi-realistic style since, I wanted a more sincere, yet still a fantasty/romantic feel you know (?). I just generally like how genuine and solemn semi-realism can be.
I just wanna say..drawing semi-realism without refs is such a bitch. (my friend was like just take pics of yourself, and I'm like HOW DO I GET THIS ANGLE ??? SHE'S LIKE SELF TIMER IM LIKE IM TOO LAZY)
haha but yeah thanks to that friend, kinixuki for the crits on the perspective/anatomy while I was sketching it, since it was so off at first, like Jude's body angle was different from the rest of the picture's angle which made it look super awkward)
oh and clarification before anyone asks. both are chicks.

this is really cute and beautiful ;u; there is a real feel of peace and softness. I really like all the white you left it's really cool, and semi-realistic style suit you super well ouo!! And I see what you mean for the pose u_u...aaaarg *desperate sigh* I had the same issue with a drawing I've done for my gf where the two people drawn were supposed to sleep near each other =A= I found out that actually any lay-down poses are bitches to draw u_u!!

One critique though, all the extra stuff around the bed seems kinda distracting. I feel like the piece would be better with just a sea of blanket folds.

wow. I understand your worry with the angle and all, but it turned out phenomenal. It's such a relief to see all those light pastel colors cohering together. The wrinkles give such a realistic appearance, while at the same time they look like anime characters.
