Oh boy, here we go.

So, not long ago I wanted to find a good rendition of Kairi from Kingdom Hearts as the Disney princesses that she's supposed to be and I mostly found pretty disapointing results so I said to myself that I could try to make my own.

I tried to replicate Disney's style, in particular the way they are using right now, with all the glitters that come with it (I tried to stay put but I actually found putting glitters incredibly fun - still I think it's less than what Disney does).

For the clothes I took heavy references from a dress found here womandmore.com/ item-products-traditional-japanese-princess-dress.htmlbut decided to make some changes (basically the corpet and I simplified some parts of it).
I chose to take references strongly inspired by Japan simply because Kairi and Kingdom Hearts are Japanese products, yet again I kept the overall thing pretty westernized.

The drawing took me 3 days:
1. To sketch and learn how to make it look as Disney as possible;
2. To make the fully colored lineart and start coloring;
3. To finish the coloring give the final touches (the simple background and the Disney Princesses logo).
