Oh no no I go to a different school! And I don't think the artist is still in highschool.. but we are doing zentangles non the less

Basically, you outline a figure with pen. And then with pencil, you draw what is called a "string". That string is basically one line going around in circles and random directions, creating extra shapes. And now that you have those extra shapes, you start filling in the shape with repetitive patterns. They can be either geometric or organic designs, using both looks the most interesting.
