So...the summon was a Moogle who has the fluffiest fur known to man and it was able to wake Terra up. Apparently Luneth seems to be aware of this weird fetish Terra has...Note: The thing with the fluff...so it seems in the Japanese fandom, Tina has a thing for anything fluffy and would like to cuddle or touch it if she has the chance.
Why? TBH, I don't know myself but the idea/characteristic is cracky/cute enough for me.

In the Ultimania I believe Terra/Tina was stated to enjoy fluffing Moogles as a hobby. When Leo had her for training sessions, due to him being a nice guy, he would take off the slave crown for a few hours to let her play with the Narshe Moogles. Then would feel horrid putting it back on.

infact in the first part of the game, FF6. after her slave crown shatters shes knocked unconshious. when she wakes up shes told to leave through the mines and use a secret exit
when shes cornerd by the narshe military force she falls through the cave floor being knocked out
locke later shows up to save her, but then the narshe military shows up. just as locke thinks their done for all the narshe moogles come out to help fight off the army and save terra

aparently, according to the GBA version of FF6, Mog constantly had dreams of him speaking with the summon odin. the summon tought mog to speak english because odin knew hed have to help terra and her friends someday
