Nono, it's really not crap at all! If I may still offer some advice: I think the nose is a bit crooked, that's what makes his face look a little "off". And maybe I'd try to leave some more really bright highlights, especially in the eyes to give the whole drawing even more depth (that you have no super bright highlights here might also come with the reference, so don't bother if it doesn't fit here, just a general suggestion

It's good, if you wanted to make it look better, i think what's throwing off the drawing is the right side of the face. HIs nose looks a little crooked and that's what's messin it up.
Otherwise the shading is awesome and brings it to look realistic.

im not an expert but i think it is a bit cartoonish (its seems to be a diffrent style than the rest, you know), but the whole face is really briliant
