Neat-o whale, I like how the watercolor looks like currents.

I was wandering around dev and when I saw this...work of art... I can't help but comment

My thoughts on this,

I truly adore the coloring, Is it a mixture of the colour red and blue? I can see the purple and other shades of blue
and the edges of the white whale that looks crisp and clean plus you definitely nailed the position of the whale because looks so natural .... this art looks complicated yet tranquil at the same time.

I have this feeling of wanting to go to the sea and meet a whale when I see this. It sounds nuts but I'm being truthful. (Never saw a whale other that on the internet)

I wonder what technique you use to create this work of art and would be happy if you would share, as I am not that used to watercolouring but am quite interested. I'm just that curious but it's okay if you don't want to. Everyone has their own secrets haha.

In a nutshell, this is well made and you're awesome! I hope you have an awesome life and continue making more and more arts and give me the opportunity to take a peek at it!

Waaaah I never received such a long and kind comment about my art! Thank you sooo much Alphonse! : D

It's a mixture of several blues and purple, and maybe a bit of dark pink if I remember correctly! : D
Thanks for the compliment on its position! I struggled a bit but finally liked how it looked, so I went for it!

This is actually really simple Do your sketch in pencil, watercolour around it, use less or more water to change the effects and the intensity of paint you've got.
Paint some little details inside the whale, and when everything is dried, erase the pencil! Sadly I did not take any work in progress pictures (I usually always do but of course I didn't for this one aaah).

Thank you again, you're so sweet and wonderful !! ;__; I hope you will have a nice life too! Don't hesitate to follow me if you wanna see more, I have plenty of watercolour stuff : D
