I asked my dad what I needed to improve on
He said “You need to draw more ”
So! This is something I whipped up quickly today during lunch [It was raining so we had to stay inside] Anyway! She’s a bit of a masculine dancer; I put her skirt up really high so I could make it go all FrillyFlowFantasic.
She was done in a rush so she’s really rough, and this is very evident sorry

Your work is always so detailed and the anatomy is always good, even if when you look very close it's not perfect. o^-^o I can't wait till I can get this good!
The only thing I can notice is that her pose looks strained.. Like she's not actually dancing and going with the music on a journey.. It's more like her teacher said, "Do this for the camera, it'll look good.

Mn.. actually, I prefer it as a stop shot. It's like a good photographer took a capture. But it's just.. I don't know.. something makes it off.. Maybe it's the fact she's trying to give the image of roundness when she's stiff?

Thats a really good pose. Not easy either - good for you. I think the reason you think she looks masculine is her calfs - her right one has a very dark muscle line on and the other is a little chunky. Other than that she is very feminine. The detail in the pleats of her skirt are perfect and very well executed.
