Tracer's accent is incredibly fake. Her voice is overly squeaky to the level it is not even cute. Her attidute is basically "Strong and independent adorable child". That is a mess.
And skills? She is basically a pick-to-win character.

That's just the impression I've gotten from what I've looked into it so far.
Then again, there is a difference between testing something out for one self and watching others do it, so you've definantly got a point there.
