Description
This is BellMan. BellMan is the first robot that will be in my Megaman Fan Game. Now updated with edited mugshot and a without head bell and also the first version of the official stage select mugshot frame ^^The sound that comes from the bell on his head has an hypnosic effect on kids from 0-17 years.
He was build to make the kids in a school go in after recessand not run away. BellMan is a robot that likes to study but thanks to this the kids in the school bullied him and he couldnt do anything. But one day he snapped and attacked every kid that he could see, going first for the worst bullies. He hates kids now but when he is good he wont hurt them.

I see many problems arising if his brainwashing bells only work on minors...
(slight edit: Turns out, the problems have done the opposite of arising, because at least you've established that Bell Man is not some sick weird creepy pedo-bot who sends nudes to minors!)

There should be a Bell Met that rings and stuns you if you shoot the helmet.

When he throws his bell at megaman he will just stand there doing the Come on thing with his finger and dodge every bullet that Megaman shoots.
The bell goes toward megaman pretty slow so if he would just take all the hits his life would be drained pretty fast.

Either I will make dodging sprites or just simply jumping over the bullets so they miss him and if megaman tries to jump and shoot its a high chance that he will hit or get hit by the bell.
The other seems simpler and better dont you think?

Well first he throws the bell which follows Megamans every move and when the bell is on the opposite side of the room as BellMan he runs and stops under the bell which falls down back on his head again.
Megaman has to jump over BellMan and under the clock at the same time.

Well the hardest parts to make for me is the head.
If you would see him without his bell from above it would have been a hole where the clapper has its place while the bell is on his head.

But the opening poses will be a bit longer in my fan game.
The bell comes in alone, BellMan runs in, stops under the floating bell, does the come on thing with his finger, the bell falls down on his head and then the battle begins.
