Hi there! I noticed that Professor Ratigan has quite a few devoted fans! So I decided to make this for them!

My OC, Lyn, has a shop that tends to the fixing and mending of various objects. The Shop's name is titled 'Spider Webb'. Lyn had helped piece together parts of Ratigan's ripped up suit (from his fall from Big Ben). It was not so much the garment as the sentimental value his clothes held. There was very little good cloth to work with, but Lyn managed a shirt. and, as a small thank you gift, Ratigan agreed to do a 'promotional' photoshoot with customers who were interested.

"The Spider Webb isn't doing very well at the moment, we hope that this might bring in more business" Her Older brother Syllvius explains. "Many girls (and guys) would LOVE having their picture taken with the infamous Professor Ratigan! I'm quite sure!" He told Mouse News Daily. This promotion sparked quite a controversial unrest, but the general audience was quite receptive. "The professor is a natural at posing" Lyn said.

In an interview with the local news channel, Professor Ratigan had this to say. "It makes sense to give my fans what they want. I have to say, The whole process was quite an enjoyable one!" *He grins to the camera* "Basil, my good fellow... you're missing all the fun!"

I quite liked it when Ratigan 'flipped out' He looked so Feral it was awesome So I drew (at least... tried to draw) him that way. EMBRACE BEING A RAT
